The Association of Palliative Care “Nadzieja” in Będzin provides medical and spiritual help to adults, children and adolescents with life-limiting conditions, i.e. in the terminal period of cancer and chronic diseases.

We have already helped over 6,500 patients in the terminal phase of cancer, staying both at home and at the Palliative Care Department in Będzin. Our support consists in purchasing medicines, food, providing medical, rehabilitation and social care for patients.

We also support families in mourning, providing them with the necessary psychological and social assistance. In addition, we cooperate with nearby Home Hospices, and we also conduct educational activities in the field of palliative medicine.
